Job summary

Alkemio, based in The Hague, seeks a senior, relationship-driven strategist to grow partnerships in the Dutch public sector. You will work closely with the CEO and CSO to position our open-source platform for digital sovereignty and expand our ecosystem across organisations.

This role emphasizes collaboration over sales; you’ll help leaders realise what’s possible, translate client needs into long-term value, and contribute to MVP shaping as the platform evolves.

Qualifications

• 7+ years across multiple roles, capable of advising senior leadership and hands-on execution.
• Native-level Dutch with fluent English in a bilingual, public-sector context.
• Relationship-driven, mission-focused, and able to build lasting partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Build deep, lasting relationships with clients and partners; embed with their teams.
• Identify and win new partners alongside the CEO and CSO through conviction.
• Open leaders’ eyes to possibilities when collaboration crosses organisational boundaries.
• Stay close to the platform; understand it and translate value to clients.
• Feed field learnings back into strategy and product development.
