Job summary

Alkemio is building a platform designed for digital sovereignty and trusted collaboration in the Dutch public sector. We are at MVP-ready, seeking a Senior Collaboration Lead to grow our network and shape the next phase of the product.

You’ll work in a bilingual environment with Dutch and English, reporting to the leadership team, and you’ll help expand our presence in The Hague and beyond, with a focus on public-sector ecosystems.

Qualifications

• Native Dutch proficiency and fluent English in a bilingual work environment.
• 7+ years across multiple roles, with leadership and advisory experience.
• Strong network in NL public sector and ecosystems.
• Startup/scale-up go-to-market experience.
• Comfort with using AI in work processes.
• Relationship-driven and mission-driven.
• Willingness to grow into leadership and build teams.

Responsibilities

• Build deep, lasting relationships with clients and partners, acting as part of their extended team.
• Identify and win new partners alongside the CEO and CSO through relationships and conviction.
• Inspire leaders and teams to see the possibilities of cross-organisational collaboration.
• Stay close to the technology, use the platform, and translate value for clients.
• Provide feedback from the field to inform strategy and product development.
