Job summary

Damen Shipyards Group in Gorinchem is seeking a Proposal Engineer Steel to support the development of sales opportunities and ensure compliance with maritime regulations. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of cost estimation experience in a technical environment, a strong technical affinity, and proficiency in English and Dutch. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in cost estimation in a maritime or technical environment.
• Preferred experience with pontoons, Salesforce, and proposals.
• Affinity with concept design and software such as AutoCAD, Rhino, or Solidworks.
• Good command of the English and Dutch language, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Support in the development of new sales opportunities.
• Ensure compliance of the products with maritime law and regulations.
• Deliver accurate cost prices for our products.
• Assist in managing the product portfolio.
