Job summary

FABER Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead strategically important projects across the organisation. You will drive growth, operational excellence and transformation with stakeholders across Europe, ensuring delivery momentum and sustainable business value.

Based in Den Bosch with a hybrid working model, you will mentor other Project Managers and help shape standard PM practices across FABER. A strong background in logistics or supply chain is advantageous.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project or programme management experience.
• Proven track record delivering strategic business, operational or digital initiatives.
• Strong experience managing senior stakeholders in complex organisational environments.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects across multiple teams, functions or locations.
• Strong risk management, planning and governance capabilities.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall and hybrid project delivery methodologies.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence and Microsoft 365.
• PMP, PMQ, PRINCE2 Practitioner or similar project management certification.
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, operational or service-driven environments is an advantage.

What you will be doing

What you need
