Job summary

FABER is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead strategically important projects that drive growth, operational excellence and transformation across the organisation. You will work with stakeholders across countries, functions and business units to ensure successful delivery, creating sustainable business value.

Based in Den Bosch with a hybrid working model, you will manage risks, budgets and timelines, coordinating resources and driving governance through FABER's PMO framework and Jira

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project or programme management experience.
• Proven track record delivering strategic business, operational or digital initiatives.
• Strong experience managing senior stakeholders in complex organisational environments.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects across multiple teams, functions or locations.
• Strong risk management, planning and governance capabilities.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall and hybrid project delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead business, digital and operational projects from initiation through successful delivery.
• Turn business goals into clear project plans, milestones and deliverables.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, budgets and timelines.
• Facilitate collaboration between stakeholders, subject matter experts and project teams.
• Drive project governance using Faber's PMO framework and tools such as Jira.
• Support teams in adopting new processes and ways of working.
• Coordinate project resources and ensure clear responsibilities across the project team.
• Prepare clear recommendations and support effective project-related decision-making.
• Identify opportunities, assess options, and provide recommendations to support informed business decisions.
• Ensure effective communication of project progress, key risks, decisions, and outcomes to relevant stakeholders.

• Strong experience managing senior stakeholders in complex organisational environments.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects across multiple teams, functions or locations.
• Strong risk management, planning and governance capabilities.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall and hybrid project delivery methodologies.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence and Microsoft 365.
• PMP, PMQ, PRINCE2 Practitioner or similar project management certification.
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, operational or service-driven environments is an advantage.
• Capability to navigate complex topics, bring different perspectives together and drive pragmatic solutions.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and maintain momentum across complex projects.
