Job summary

Faber Group seeks a Medior Project Manager to unite functions and turn strategic goals into structured plans. You will drive initiatives from idea to implementation across Europe with a hybrid working model.

You will use Jira and Confluence to manage governance and stakeholder communications, balancing budgets and timelines while delivering measurable results.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of project management experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects in various environments.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, governance, risk management and reporting.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery approaches.
• Effective stakeholder management, facilitation and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Jira, Confluence and Microsoft 365.
• PMQ, PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma or similar certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead business, digital and operational projects from initiation through delivery.
• Turn business goals into clear project plans, milestones and deliverables.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, budgets and timelines.
• Facilitate collaboration between stakeholders and project teams.
• Drive governance using PMO framework and tools such as Jira.
• Support teams in adopting new processes and ways of working.
• Coordinate project resources and responsibilities.
• Prepare clear recommendations for decision-making.
