Job summary

LutechResources is seeking a Manager Project Controls in the Netherlands to lead cost control and project control activities for major EPC projects. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field.
• 20+ years of experience in cost control or project controls within EPCI.
• Experience with earned value management (EVM), forecasting, and risk analysis.

Responsibilities

• Provide input to project execution plan, baseline, and control budgets on key projects.
• Lead a team of cost-control professionals and drive process improvements.
• Develop and implement cost control policies in line with industry standards.
• Monitor expenditures, productivity, and schedule integrity to prevent overruns.
