Job summary

Vencomatic Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager to coordinate, manage, and inspire innovative poultry farming projects at our Eersel campus. You will lead projects for large customers and drive successful, end-to-end delivery with strong client interaction.

Fluent Dutch and English are required; other languages are a plus. The role offers freedom, responsibility, and opportunities for growth in a family business focused on sustainability and animal welfare.

Qualifications

• Extensive project management experience with a track record of delivering complex projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Fluent Dutch and English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Managing projects for larger customers and accounts.
• Stakeholder management in close contact with clients and third parties.
• Maintaining an overview using strong planning and organizational skills.
