Job summary

ArchLynk is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to drive complex SAP Supply Chain projects and strategic initiatives. You will manage large-scale SAP solutions and lead cross-functional teams to deliver value for global clients.

You will oversee SAP-related SCM, Logistics, and Global Trade projects, align scope with client objectives, build strong teams, and mentor peers. Excellent communication and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years SAP project management experience within Supply Chain, Logistics, or Global Trade.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification.
• Proficiency in Waterfall and Agile SAP implementations.
• Experience managing vendor and client relationships in SAP consulting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple SAP-related Supply Chain, Logistics, and Global Trade projects of varying scale.
• Define project scopes, goals and deliverables aligned with client objectives.
• Build and manage high-performing project teams.
• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and executive sponsors.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
• Mentor other project managers and contribute to best practices.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to drive complex SAP Supply Chain projects and strategic initiatives. The role focuses on delivering large-scale, high-impact SAP solutions while managing cross-functional teams.

What will your day look like?

• Oversee multiple SAP-related Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Planning, and/or Global Trade projects, with a variety of scale and duration.
• Define project scopes, goals, and deliverables in alignment with client objectives.
• Build and manage high-performing project teams.
• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and executive sponsors.
• Monitor project KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
• Mentor other project managers and contribute to organizational best practices.

Skills and Attributes for Success:

• 8+ years of SAP project management experience within the Supply Chain industry, including leading complex and global projects within GTS, IBP, TM, or EWM modules.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification.
• Proficiency in both Waterfall and Agile SAP project implementation methodologies.
• Hands-on proficiency with MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint), MS Project, Azure, Jira, and other project management tools.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving capabilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in vendor and client management.
• Prior experience in a SAP consulting firm or enterprise environment.
• Experience managing SAP implementations in supply chain, logistics, or global trade industries.
• Ability to drive C-level discussions on SAP strategy and digital transformation.
