ArchLynk invites you to join our global SAP practice. As a Senior Project Manager, you will drive complex SAP Supply Chain, Logistics, and Global Trade initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams and guiding projects from scoping to delivery.

You will mentor other PMs, manage stakeholder expectations, and monitor KPIs to ensure on-time, on-scope, and on-budget outcomes. We value leadership, communication, and a track record of global SAP deployments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of SAP project management experience in the Supply Chain domain.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification.
• Experience leading global SAP implementations (GTS, IBP, TM, EWM).

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple SAP Supply Chain, Logistics, and Global Trade projects at varying scales.
• Define project scopes, goals, and deliverables aligned with client objectives.
• Build and manage high-performing project teams.
• Maintain relationships with stakeholders and executive sponsors.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
• Mentor other project managers and share best practices.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to drive complex SAP Supply Chain projects and strategic initiatives. The role focuses on delivering large-scale, high-impact SAP solutions while managing cross-functional teams.

What will your day look like?

• Oversee multiple SAP-related Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Planning, and/or Global Trade projects, with a variety of scale and duration.
• Define project scopes, goals, and deliverables in alignment with client objectives.
• Build and manage high-performing project teams.
• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and executive sponsors.
• Monitor project KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
• Mentor other project managers and contribute to organizational best practices.

Skills and Attributes for Success:

• 8+ years of SAP project management experience within the Supply Chain industry, including leading complex and global projects within GTS, IBP, TM, or EWM modules.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification.
• Proficiency in both Waterfall and Agile SAP project implementation methodologies.
• Hands-on proficiency with MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint), MS Project, Azure, Jira, and other project management tools.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving capabilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in vendor and client management.

Desirable Skills:

• Prior experience in a SAP consulting firm or enterprise environment.
• Experience managing SAP implementations in supply chain, logistics, or global trade industries.
• Ability to drive C-level discussions on SAP strategy and digital transformation.
