Job summary

VIA Logistics Professionals is seeking a Senior Project Manager Europe to lead strategic logistics projects across Europe, including large-scale implementations and change management. You will oversee project and change activities, ensuring adoption of new processes and systems in a 3PL setting.

Responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, stakeholder workshops, risk management and delivering training. Travel across Europe ~10–20% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in SCM or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a PM in international 3PL.
• Strong English communication and stakeholder management.
• Willingness to travel Europe 10–20%

Are you experienced in leading complex logistics projects within a 3PL environment? Do you thrive on driving large scale warehouse implementations, relocations, and automation projects across multiple countries?

Our client, a leading international logistics service provider, is looking for a Senior Project Manager Europe to lead strategic projects throughout Europe. In this role, you will be responsible for both project management and change management, ensuring that new operations, processes and systems are successfully implemented and adopted across the organisation.

What will you do?

• Lead international logistics projects based on a Prince2 project management methodology
• Manage multidisciplinary project teams throughout all implementation phases
• Facilitate workshops with customers, operations, IT and other stakeholders to define requirements and processes
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks and issues
• Report on project progress, milestones and challenges to senior management and project boards
• Drive change management activities and support the successful adoption of new processes and systems
• Develop and facilitate training programmes for end users
• Identify and support automation opportunities within logistics and warehouse operations

What do you bring?

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering & Management, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager within an international 3PL or contract logistics environment
• Proven experience managing large and complex implementation, migration or logistics projects
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in English
• Ability to engage confidently with senior management, directors and vice presidents
• Structured working style with strong organisational and presentation skills
• Willingness to travel across Europe approximately 10% to 20% of the time
