Apadmi NL in Amsterdam seeks a Senior Project Manager & Delivery Lead to anchor our Dutch operations, steering complex digital transformations and leading multi-disciplinary teams. As a core member of the Amsterdam leadership, you will drive delivery standards, oversee SOWs and budgets, mentor delivery talent, and coordinate with global hubs to scale

Qualifications

• Proven track record managing complex digital product builds in agencies or consultancies.
• Strong stakeholder management with C-level audiences.
• Experience scoping, drafting SOWs, and managing project P&Ls.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end delivery of web, mobile, and system integration projects.
• Partner with Solution Architects and engineering leads to map architectures to roadmaps.
• Embed pragmatic Agile workflows to maximise team velocity and manage dependencies.
• Serve on the local leadership team and contribute to business growth and strategy.
• Act as trusted advisor to enterprise clients, leading executive steering groups.
• Own project health including SOW compliance, budgeting, and margin control.
• Mentor junior/mid-level delivery talent and drive continuous improvement.
• Champion internal culture initiatives to foster collaboration and engagement.
• Bridge delivery between Amsterdam and international hubs (UK, Poland, Sri Lanka).

We are seeking an ambitious Senior Project Manager & Delivery Lead to serve as a strategic anchor for our rapidly growing Dutch operations. In this role, you won’t just lead high impact digital transformations, steer multidisciplinary engineering teams, and forge long term partnerships with premier European brands, you will also join the Senior Leadership Team at Apadmi NL, offering a rare opportunity to directly shape our story and growth trajectory from the ground up.

At Apadmi, we engineer transformational digital products and complex system integrations relied on by millions daily. We are now scaling our presence across mainland Europe via our Apadmi NL hub in Amsterdam.

What you’ll be working on

As a core pillar of our Amsterdam leadership, you will elevate delivery standards, champion top tier talent, and drive our expansion strategy as we scale across the Netherlands and broader European markets.

• End-to-End Orchestration: Drive web, mobile, and system integration projects from discovery and sprint planning through release and evolution.
• Technical Leadership: Partner with Solution Architects and engineering leads to turn complex technical architectures into clear, actionable roadmaps.
• Agile Delivery: Embed pragmatic, outcome focused Agile workflows ensuring team velocity and clear dependency management.
• Strategic Growth: Serve on the local leadership team, contributing to business growth, operational decisions, and cross department strategy.
• Client Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, leading executive steering groups with clarity and strategic vision.
• Commercial Rigour: Own overall project health, including SOW compliance, budgeting, resource forecasting, and margin control.
• Mentorship: Elevate the local PM discipline by coaching junior/mid-level delivery talent and driving continuous improvement.
• Champion Culture: Lead and champion internal culture initiatives across the wider business to foster collaboration and engagement.
• Global Collaboration: Bridge delivery efforts between our Amsterdam office and international hubs across the UK, Poland, and Sri Lanka.

What you’ll bring to the team

You bring a proven background in digital consultancies or agencies, pairing hands-on technical fluency in system architectures and integrations with strong commercial acumen across scoping, SOWs, and project P&Ls. An experienced Agile practitioner with executive presence, you excel at building C-level trust, aligning competing priorities, and communicating fluently in both Dutch and English.

• Consultancy Background: Proven track record managing complex digital product builds within an agency or digital consultancy environment.
• Technical Fluency: Comfortable partnering with Solution Architects, understanding system architectures, and navigating integrations.
• Executive Presence: Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build C-level trust and align competing priorities smoothly.
• Commercial Acumen: Experience scoping builds, drafting SOWs, managing project P&Ls, and using tools like Jira, Confluence, and Certinia.
• Languages: Native or Fluent Dutch & Fluent English is essential.
• Agile Expertise: Deep knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies, balanced with flexibility for tailored client governance.
