INDG is seeking a Senior Project Manager to own the delivery rhythm for complex client programs, coordinating design, 3D production, development, review cycles, vendors, and brand requirements. You will structure how work gets made, reviewed, approved, and shipped, ensuring repeatable production models across consumer products and healthcare projects.
You will be the operating link between client teams, CG artists, designers, developers, producers, vendors, and agencies, keeping communication
We are CGI specialists that help brands and their agencies digitize whole portfolios and make them exciting for consumers.
Our offices are in Amsterdam, Bucharest, Shanghai and New York, and we're always on the look out for new talent. We believe that our success relies on the passion and talent of our people; your personal development is therefore highly valued. Life within INDG is never dull as we cherish diversity, passion and creativity.
INDG builds the systems behind large-scale visual content production. We turn physical products into digital twins, CGI content, interactive experiences, and automated product visuals for global brands that need quality, consistency, and scale. As Senior Project Manager, you own the delivery rhythm for complex client programs where design, 3D production, development, review cycles, vendors, and brand requirements all meet. You are not just moving tasks across a board. You are structuring how work gets made, reviewed, approved, and shipped. This role exists because INDG’s clients are asking for more than isolated CGI assets. They need repeatable production models: one source product model, many outputs, controlled visual quality, reliable timelines, and clear communication across teams. You will help build that operating layer. You’ll manage projects in Consumer Products or Healthcare, where product accuracy, visual consistency, compliance, and delivery discipline matter. The outcome is clear: clients receive production-grade interactive experiences and 3D content that can scale across campaigns, platforms, markets, and product lines.
You’ll manage multiple interactive and CGI-driven projects at the same time, from scope definition through final delivery. You’ll translate client goals into timelines, resource plans, review flows, dependencies, and delivery milestones. You’ll know when a project is blocked by missing product data, unresolved art direction, technical debt, unclear feedback, or vendor capacity.
You’ll be the operating link between client teams, CG artists, designers, developers, producers, vendors, and agencies. You’ll make sure everyone understands what is being built, what quality bar applies, what decisions are pending, and what needs to happen next. You’ll keep communication specific, written, and actionable.
You’ll improve how projects run. That can mean standardizing intake, tightening feedback loops, clarifying approval gates, improving Jira or project documentation, reducing manual handoffs, or creating better reporting for client and internal teams. You’ll look for repeatable patterns in CGI, digital twin, and interactive delivery and turn them into cleaner ways of working.
You’ll understand that delivery is not complete because the file was exported. It is complete when the output meets the brief, the product is accurate, the interaction works, the render quality holds up, and the client can use it confidently. You’ll help teams balance scope, timing, budget, technical limitations, and visual ambition without hiding tradeoffs.
You think in systems, timelines, assets, dependencies, and visual outcomes. You can sit with a client discussing business goals, then work with a CG lead or developer to understand what is actually required to deliver the work.
INDG has spent more than 20 years building visual production systems for global brands. We are not a traditional creative agency and not a pure software vendor. We build the systems that turn physical products into digital twins, production-grade CGI, and scalable content. Grip extends that work into AI-assisted content orchestration. For a Senior 3D Artist, that means your craft does not disappear into automation. It defines the quality standard the system must reproduce.
