Job summary

Bennet & Boss B.V. is seeking a Project Engineer / Senior Project Engineer to coordinate engineering, procurement, and project execution for complex oil & gas projects. You will ensure safe, on-time, and budget-aligned delivery across multidisciplinary teams.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and proven experience in oil & gas, offshore, or EPC environments, with strong planning and stakeholder coordination. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical or Structural.
• Proven experience as a Project Engineer in oil & gas, offshore, or EPC.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering and project execution.
• Strong planning, risk, budget, and stakeholder coordination.
• Willingness to travel for project activities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and execution strategies.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, and vendor activities.
• Manage interfaces between disciplines, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Support contract administration, budget monitoring, and reporting.
• Liaise with clients, regulators, and vendors to maintain alignment.
