Job summary
Johnson & Johnson in Leiden is seeking a Lead Engineer / Project Engineer to drive medium/high complexity capital projects within the Engineering Process, coordinating multiple disciplines and external partners to deliver on time and within budget.
You will manage scope, timelines, and change control while ensuring compliance with GXP requirements, communicating clearly with sponsors and stakeholders, and maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and reliability throughout the project
Qualifications
- University/Bachelors Degree or Equivalent
- 5-7 Years Work Experience
- FPX/PMP certified
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent computer proficiency e.g. MS Office, SAP
Responsibilities
- Lead Engineer: coordinate engineering scope across disciplines.
- Provide technical support for project planning, development, implementation.
- Manage progress and quality with external firms and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with GXP requirements (e.g. Change Control).
- Oversee capital investment projects from feasibility to closure.
- Communicate progress to sponsor and stakeholders.
