Van Oord is seeking a Process Coordinator Asset Management to support maintenance contracts and renovation projects in the Dutch water infrastructure sector. You will help teams set up, apply, and improve processes and information systems to deliver projects safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Industrial Engineering & Management, Civil Engineering, Asset Management).
• Recent graduate with affinity for, or several years' experience in, project control, systems engineering, quality management, information management or risk management.
• Interest in process-driven working, audits, verification and validation.

Responsibilities

• Supporting project teams with scope, risk, quality and information management.
• Setting up and applying systems engineering processes including requirements management, verification and validation.
• Maintaining risk registers and helping teams identify risks and opportunities early.
• Preparing audits, reviews and quality checks and following up on findings and improvements.
• Identifying and implementing process improvements within projects.
