Job Purpose

We are looking for a Programme Manager who keeps their head cool and their projects on track. You will oversee opportunities and challenges for our clients, translate them into an action plan, and transform projects into technical successes. You articulate needs clearly, communicate effectively, and build teams with empathy. As a potential lead, you may mentor project managers to support their growth and deliverables for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for the client and build trust through strong communication.
• Be an important conversational partner for the client on tactical, operational and strategic levels.
• Facilitate an environment where all team members have what they need to excel and reach targets.
• Evaluate the development of team members and collaborate on personal growth plans.
• Serve as a sparring partner to ensure the quality of our work.
• Maintain a cross-functional role that combines business acumen, technical knowledge, project management, communication and leadership skills.
• Spot and convert opportunities into new projects.
• Support pitch teams in selling new deals and demonstrating the value of DEPT’s approach.

Senior Programme Manager (m/f/d)

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of experience as a Program Manager (or similar) in a digital agency.
• Leadership experience and willingness to take responsibility as a team lead.
• Experience delivering complex online platforms integrated with client IT landscapes and managing third parties.
• Experienced team builder.
• Understanding of the technology behind our online solutions; ability to communicate with Designers and Developers.
• Experience working with Agile/SCRUM and knowing when not to use it.
• Strong planning, organization, and results orientation.
• High working proficiency in English.
