The actual location of this job is in Geleen, Netherlands. As an Aseptic Training Specialist I, you will help ensure that employees working in aseptic manufacturing environments have the knowledge, skills and behaviours needed to maintain high standards of aseptic practice. You will deliver hands-on training, coach employees in classified manufacturing areas, monitor aseptic behaviors and contribute to the continuous improvement of training standards and procedures. This is a fully site-based role. Working together in person supports close, real-time collaboration and the technical precision needed to manufacture medicines to the highest quality and safety standards.
The full-time annual base pay for this position in the Netherlands is expected to range between EUR 48,750 and EUR 68,250. Initial salary placement within this range will be determined based on role-related factors such as experience, qualifications, and expected contribution.
