Job summary

Advidi is seeking a heavyweight product leader for an independent advisory engagement in Amsterdam, hybrid with remote flexibility. You will sharpen vision, shape the roadmap, and help build a product-led operating model without direct delivery management.

Engage with leadership, the product team, and partners to ground the roadmap in real needs. Lead discovery, prioritization, and framework adoption, while coaching the team and influencing key decisions.

Qualifications

• Seasoned product leader with proven track record in building and maturing a product function.
• Strong command of product strategy, vision, discovery, and roadmap craft, with ability to teach it to others.
• Excellent communicator across executives, engineers, and clients.
• High influence without formal authority; capable of coaching rather than commanding.
• Willing to commit substantially for the duration of the engagement.

Responsibilities

• Articulate a clear product vision and translate it into a roadmap the business can rally behind.
• Design a product-led operating model: connect product, engineering, and commercial to company goals and OKRs.
• Embed structured discovery, prioritization, and roadmap communication in the team’s way of working.
• Pressure-test strategy and major product bets, surfacing risks and hidden options.
• Serve as a sounding board to the product team, collaborating with the Senior Product Owner.
• Engage with affiliates and advertisers to ground the roadmap in real needs.
