Job summary

Tellent is hiring a Principal Product Security Engineer to shape how we design, build, and ship secure software. You’ll spend 30% testing for vulnerabilities and 70% preventing them via threat modelling and secure-by-default patterns, working close with engineering and security teams.

You’ll own the product security roadmap, drive technical direction, and influence across Backend, Frontend, QA, DevOps, Product and Security.

Qualifications

• Hands-on security engineering required with focus on product security
• Experience securing APIs, services and multi-tenant architectures
• Familiarity with threat modelling and secure-by-default patterns

Responsibilities

• Perform deep manual security reviews and offensive testing across services, APIs and clients
• Develop and maintain threat models for high-risk surfaces, including AI features
• Shape and own the product security roadmap and drive secure development practices
