Job summary

Philips Image Guided Therapy Systems seeks a Senior Product Manager IGT-S to drive innovation for the Azurion platform. You will translate customer needs, market insights and clinical workflow opportunities into differentiated, AI-enabled solutions and lead a cross-functional team toward successful launches and lifecycle optimization.

You will shape business cases, pricing strategies, go-to-market plans and collaborate with R&D, Regulatory, Quality, Service and regional teams.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of Product Management experience within the healthcare technology industry.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI and data responsibly to improve day-to-day effectiveness, analyze and quantify business-relevant insights.
• Proven experience in defining value propositions, pricing strategies and go-to-market approaches, preferably for AI enabled solutions.
• Strong analytical and strategic-thinking skills, with proven project and stakeholder management capabilities.

As Senior Product Manager IGT-S, you will drive timely execution of innovation projects and prepare for optimized lifecycle management for the Philips Azurion platform. Your focus is on identifying unmet customer & market needs as well as competitive offerings and steering a cross-functional team towards developing and successfully launching differentiating, value-adding solutions that elevate quality of care.

In this role, you will:

• Translate customer needs, market dynamics, and clinical workflow insights into compelling value propositions and integrated product requirements that deliver strong market fit and competitive differentiation. Ensure that solutions are developed on time, supported by substantiated product claims, successfully launched, and effectively managed throughout their lifecycle.

• Drive business success by shaping business cases, the claims roadmap, pricing strategies, commercialization approaches, and launch plans. All aspects listed with overarching goal in mind to achieve quality, financial, market share and clinical adoption targets and contribute to Philips’ strategic ambitions.

• Drive cross-functional execution from development to global launch and lifecycle management, partnering with R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Service, Supply Chain, the broader Marketing organization and regional market teams.

You’re the right fit if

• 5–10 years of Product Management experience within the healthcare technology industry, preferably in the space of minimally invasive therapies or in closely related area

• Demonstrated ability to use AI and data responsibly to improve day-to-day effectiveness, analyze and quantify business-relevant insights, and evaluate AI-enabled innovation concepts

• Proven experience in defining value propositions, pricing strategies, business cases and go-to-market approaches, preferably for AI enabled solutions.

• Strong analytical and strategic-thinking skills, combined with proven project and stakeholder management capabilities and excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to quickly understand complex technical product concepts and process frameworks.

• Proven ability to engage with customers, clinicians, and regional market teams, translate insights into product decisions, and influence stakeholders

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Marketing, Business or related field.

• Successful launch of integrated, increasingly AI-enabled product solutions that achieve defined market share targets

• Continuous improvement of the Azurion platform’s financial performance, quality KPIs, and competitive position

• Compliance with applicable quality and regulatory requirements

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. On-site roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations. This is an office role.

Compensation & benefits

Doing meaningful work should come with fair, transparent rewards. The base gross annual salary range for this role is 78,187 - € 130,312. We determine pay within the range using objective factors, like the skills the role requires, your relevant experience, and the responsibility you'll have in this role, alongside internal equity and local market considerations.
