Job summary

Philips Image Guided Therapy Systems seeks a Senior Product Manager IGT-S to drive innovation for the Azurion platform. You will translate customer needs, market insights and clinical workflow opportunities into differentiated, AI-enabled solutions and lead a cross-functional team toward successful launches and lifecycle optimization.

You will shape business cases, pricing strategies, go-to-market plans and collaborate with R&D, Regulatory, Quality, Service and regional teams.

Qualifications

5–10 years of Product Management experience within the healthcare technology industry.
Demonstrated ability to use AI and data responsibly to improve day-to-day effectiveness, analyze and quantify business-relevant insights.
Proven experience in defining value propositions, pricing strategies and go-to-market approaches, preferably for AI enabled solutions.
Strong analytical and strategic-thinking skills, with proven project and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities

Translate customer needs, market dynamics, and clinical workflow insights into compelling value propositions and product requirements.
Drive business success by shaping business cases, the claims roadmap, pricing strategies, commercialization approaches, and launch plans.
Drive cross-functional execution from development to global launch and lifecycle management, partnering with R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Service, Supply Chain, and regional market teams.
