Qualifications

5 years of Product Management experience in healthcare technology
Strong analytical and strategic-thinking skills with project and stakeholder management abilities
Ability to define value propositions, identify competitive strengths, develop pricing strategies and business cases
Passion for using AI and data to improve daily efficiency and derive insights
Proven ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders across engineering, quality, regulatory, operations, service and commercial
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Marketing, Business, or related field

Responsibilities

Azurion lifecycle management: prioritize lifecycle activities, assess market impact, ensure clear communication and market introduction
PDLM initiatives: translate customer needs into business cases and product requirements with strong market fit
Cross-functional collaboration with market organizations, Sales Enablement and Downstream marketing to drive Sales performance and platform improvements
