Job summary

bol is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Identification in the Netherlands. You will own the strategy for the Identity capability, aligning product goals with bol’s compliance and security priorities, and translating vision into measurable outcomes for customers, partners, and the business.

You will lead cross-domain initiatives across engineering, cybersecurity, risk, and legal to balance security, compliance, and user experience while driving growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, discovery, and outcomes for Identity.
• Coordinate with engineers, designers, data scientists, compliance, and stakeholders.
• Define and drive a roadmap enabling trusted onboarding, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and operational efficiency.
• Set clear priorities balancing customer experience with risk and compliance.
• Translate regulatory requirements into scalable product solutions.
• Grow product management capabilities by mentoring other Product Managers.
