The Security Solutions product line focuses on safety and security related product development across fraud, identity, financial crimes & resiliency, cyber security and experience & disputes.
Responsibilities
- Manage Security Solutions product portfolio in the Netherlands: own the Security Solutions go-to-market strategy, understand customer and market needs, and assess the competitive landscape to enable revenue attainment.
- Drive initiatives to improve the security and resilience of the network and customers, in line with the regulatory environment (DORA, PSR, MICA, etc.).
- Partner with Divisional Services Business Leads to generate incremental growth by contributing to the sales process with industry and domain expertise.
- Collaborate with other Services and Products organizations to bundle initiatives and present a unified, differentiated value proposition.
- Work with Divisional Presidents, Country Managers and Account Managers to deliver Security Solutions initiatives and maximize customer value.
- Consolidate customer and market feedback to influence global strategy.
- Manage the Commercialization Lead for the Nordics & Baltics markets, providing guidance and development support.
- Demonstrate Mastercard thought leadership by participating in community and industry events.

- Proven experience in driving product development and commercialization, aligning with new product requirements and implementing processes to accelerate time-to-market.
- Ability to act as a subject matter expert and product champion, presenting compelling propositions to executives and at demonstrations and industry events.
- Proven success in synthesizing products and services into global value propositions that meet customer needs.
- Expertise in the payment ecosystem with knowledge in fraud, identity, financial crimes & resiliency, experience & disputes, and cyber security.
