Essity, a leader in Hygiene and Health solutions, seeks a Senior Global Product Manager to own the strategy, development, and lifecycle of digital health solutions for global markets. We are now looking for a Senior Global Product Manager to join our team and lead the strategy, development, and lifecycle management of digital solutions and services for global markets.

In this role, you will define and drive the vision, strategy, and innovation roadmap for solutions that address the needs of healthcare professionals, businesses, and consumers. Working across functions, markets, and external partnerships, you will turn insights into impactful solutions and ensure successful launches and continuous product evolution.

What You Will Do

As Senior Global Product Manager, you will shape the future of digital health and medical solutions by defining the product vision, strategy, and innovation roadmap for one or more global solutions. Working closely with commercial teams, you will identify customer and user needs, translate insights into innovation opportunities, and ensure that our solutions create meaningful value for both healthcare professionals and end users.

You will lead the development and execution of the product roadmap, bringing together cross-functional teams, business partners, and stakeholders to drive innovation from concept to launch and throughout the entire product lifecycle. You will also play a key role in building strategic partnerships and ensuring our offerings remain competitive, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

• Define and drive the global product vision, strategy, and innovation roadmap based on customer needs, user insights, and business priorities.
• Lead product development and lifecycle management, ensuring successful launches, releases, maintenance, and continuous improvement of digital solutions and services.
• Collaborate across functions, categories, and business units to align priorities, communication, launch plans, and commercial objectives.
• Identify innovation opportunities and external partnerships that support business development and accelerate growth within Digital Health and Medical Device Solutions.
• Coach and support product managers and teams, while continuously improving ways of working and adapting plans to changing business needs, budgets, and market conditions.

Who You Are

We are looking for an experienced leader with an entrepreneurial mindset, strategic thinking, and experience from leading large cross-functional product teams; someone who has a passion for agile design, being able to deal with ambiguity and courage to challenge status quo. You should have the ability to set a strategic direction, relate well to different cultures and build good relations on all levels. We want someone with a business mindset, good communication and presentation skills.

What We Are Looking For

• University degree in a relevant technical field.
• Extensive experience in product management, innovation, product lifecycle management, or related discipline.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional teams and driving initiatives in agile environments.
• Experience from Agile Design, project management and leading complex product teams
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to travel internationally as required.
• Experience within software, hardware, IoT solutions, digital health, or digital services is considered an advantage.
• Knowledge of Medical Device and related regulation e.g. MDR, ISO13485 is favorable.
