Job summary

Adyen seeks a Senior Product Manager for the Internal Developer Platform to drive a cohesive, automated SDLC experience across our global engineering teams. You will lead a key stream of platform evolution, balancing innovation with reliability to scale quickly and safely.

You will partner with IDP engineering to advance AGENTS.md standards, internal RAG pipelines, and MCP servers, while enabling teams with modular tooling and secure guardrails.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product experience in Platform Engineering, DevEx, or AI-enabled technical products.
• Able to spar with engineers about system architecture and CI/CD constraints.
• Strong change-management skills to influence developer adoption.

Responsibilities

• Reduce SDLC friction by driving automated, standardized workflows and golden paths.
• Own product lifecycle management, deprecations, and adoption paths for core tools.
• Bridge AI models with Adyen’s architecture; rollout AGENTS.md standards, RAG pipelines, and MCP servers for GitLab/Jira.
• Enable developer autonomy with modular tooling that supports pipelines and release cycles while ensuring security and compliance.
• Measure ROI and vendor impact using DXI, Change Failure Rate, and developer velocity metrics.
