Job summary
CoAd is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to define, build, and scale AI-enabled HCM solutions in a fast-paced SaaS environment. You will own a major product domain, guide strategy, discovery, roadmaps, and delivery with cross-functional partners.
You will work with Engineering, UX, AI, Customer Success, and Operations to create exceptional customer experiences, drive adoption, revenue growth, and differentiation, using data-driven insights and AI to inform decisions.
Qualifications
- 6-8 years of progressive Product Management experience with ownership of product strategy, roadmap development, and delivery execution.
- Experience within HCM, payroll, benefits administration, workforce management, fintech, or other complex B2B SaaS environments.
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional product initiatives from discovery through launch and optimization.
- Experience using AI tools and practices to improve product management workflows and deliver AI-enabled capabilities.
- Strong customer discovery, requirements writing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization abilities.
- Strong understanding of Agile product development methodologies and software development lifecycles.
- Ability to translate customer and business needs into scalable product solutions.
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
