Marie-Stella-Maris, Amsterdam-based, seeks a Senior Product Development Manager to lead end-to-end development of innovative beauty, home and lifestyle products. You will own concept through production, translate briefs into technical requirements, and collaborate with suppliers, R&D and internal teams.

The role emphasizes strong project management, regulatory understanding, and a hands-on approach to formulation and packaging, with a focus on brand quality and cost targets.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience owning products through the full development lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of formulation development and packaging development.
• Experience working with manufacturers, laboratories and packaging suppliers.
• Good understanding of product quality, regulatory requirements in beauty/home categories.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead full product development from concept through formulation, packaging development, testing, validation, production and launch.
• Translate briefs into technical requirements for suppliers and development partners.
• Drive development timelines and meet milestones before production.
• Coordinate with Sourcing, Procurement, Supply Chain, Brand and Sales.
• Own timelines, budgets and deliverables across multiple projects.
