Job summary

MSML is seeking a Product Designer to help build innovative web applications and mobile apps for a range of clients, including FrieslandCampina, Unilever, Go Ahead Eagles and The Magnum Ice Cream Company.

You will translate client needs into thoughtful concepts, wireframes, and pixel-perfect designs, collaborating with Product Designers, Product Owners and Developers. You’ll drive the design vision and contribute to design systems and UX research to ensure usable, effective products.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as product/UX/UI designer.
• Proficient in Figma or Sketch.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum teams and iterative design.
• Strong grasp of design principles and responsive layouts.
• Knowledge of design systems and component libraries.
• Experience with user research and usability testing.
• Facilitation of design sprints and workshops.
• Ability to lead projects and mentor teammates.

Responsibilities

• Translate client needs into wireframes, concepts and prototypes.
• Collaborate with Product Designers, Owners and Developers.
• Develop and maintain design systems and UI patterns.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Coach teammates and contribute to process improvements.
• Engage with clients to ensure alignment and expectations.
