• Experience advising on product, commercial, and regulatory matters across multiple jurisdictions.
• Proven people management and leadership experience.
• Strong commercial acumen balancing legal risk with business objectives.
• Comfortable operating in a dynamic, international environment and engaging with senior stakeholders.
