    • Structuring contractual frameworks, identifying legal and commercial risks and providing practical, business-oriented solutions.
  • Product & Business Support
    • Supporting the design and launch of new travel products, booking flows, payment solutions and commercial models across multiple jurisdictions.
    • Advising on booking flows, ancillary products, customer journeys, cancellation and refund mechanics, and other customer-facing features from a legal and regulatory perspective.
    • Partnering with cross-functional teams to design compliant business, contractual and payment flows and ensure alignment with applicable legal requirements.
    • Supporting international expansion initiatives, including market entry projects, local regulatory assessments and implementation of new business models.

    • Monitoring legal and regulatory developments across multiple jurisdictions and assessing their impact on the business.
    • Advising on legal and regulatory requirements applicable to online travel businesses, including consumer protection, e-commerce, travel regulation, package travel, intermediary liability, payment regulation and digital platform regulation.
    • Advising on payment flows, merchant models, PSP integrations and regulatory implications of international payment structures.
    • Leading implementation of regulatory changes, managing external counsel across multiple jurisdictions and translating local legal advice into practical, scalable business solutions.
Requirements
  • Qualified to practise law in England & Wales, the United States or an EU Member State
  • 7+ years of post-qualification experience, including significant in-house legal experience supporting international consumer technology, digital platform or travel technology businesses operating across the EU, UK and US
