Jobster is seeking a Senior Product Costing & Inventory Analyst in Bergen op Zoom to bridge Finance, Manufacturing, Procurement, Supply Chain and Sales. You’ll ensure correct material valuation in SAP, support actual-costing, and drive cost-analysis and process improvements across borders.

You will start supporting German operations and later shift to international harmonisation projects, reporting to the Finance Manager in Bergen op Zoom.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or similar.
• 5–10 years in inventory accounting, product costing or manufacturing finance.
• Hands-on experience valuing purchased and internal materials.
• Understanding of standard costing, actual costing and month-end costing.
• Experience in manufacturing environment.
• Strong SAP knowledge including SAP FI/CO, Product Costing or Material Ledger.
• Ability to understand end-to-end flow from purchasing to sales.
• Experience analysing manufacturing variances and impact on inventory/COGS/profitability.
• Advanced Excel and professional fluency in English.
• Strong analytical skills and structured problem solving.

Mansioni

• Supporting end-to-end inventory accounting and product-costing for purchased and manufactured materials.
• Executing and monitoring month-end actual-costing and Material Ledger processes.
• Analysing differences between standard and actual costs and their impact on inventory, COGS and financial results.
• Reviewing inventory movements, production-order settlements, work in progress and variances.
• Ensuring accurate and compliant inventory valuation per accounting standards.
• Understanding SAP integration of purchasing, production, inventory, sales transactions.
• Executing and adjusting allocation cycles for costs/revenues across centers/products/segments.
• Supporting profitability reporting and explaining drivers behind segment performance.
• Maintaining controlling master data and changes to organisation in SAP.
• Identifying process weaknesses and contributing to SAP optimisation, automation and standardisation.
• Preparing process documentation and training local finance teams.
• Providing clear financial insights to Finance, Operations and Supply Chain stakeholders.
