Zusammenfassung

POLYVANTIS GmbH is seeking a Senior Inventory & Product Costing Analyst to bridge Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Finance. You will translate operational processes into accurate financial transactions, inventory valuation and management reporting, initially supporting product costing for our German operations.

Long term, the role will become a global position focused on standardizing inventory valuation and costing processes.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Economics, or similar.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Financial Accounting with a strong focus on Inventory Accounting and Product Costing.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of inventory valuation principles and product costing methodologies.
• Experience translating operational manufacturing processes into financial transactions.
• Strong SAP knowledge, preferably within FICO, Material Ledger, and Product Costing.
• Advanced Excel skills. Knowledge Power BI.
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).

Aufgaben

• Support inventory accounting and product costing activities.
• Execute and monitor Material Ledger processes.
• Review production order settlements, WIP and manufacturing variances.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Ensure accurate inventory valuation in line with accounting standards.
• Translate operational manufacturing processes into financial transactions.
• Drive standardization of inventory valuation and product costing processes.
• Develop process documentation and training materials.
