Nebius is building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through production deployment. In Token Factory analytics, you own questions end to end: you build the data, run the analysis, and come back with a recommendation that changes a decision.

You will define core metrics, analyze self-service usage and customer health, forecast capacity, and evaluate pricing while collaborating with Product, Engineering, Applied AI, Finance and

Competenze

• 5+ years of analytics or data science experience.
• Strong Python, SQL, and statistics.
• Hands-on experience analysing large-scale datasets using statistical / analytical tools.
• AI-assisted coding as a default working method.
• The ability to deliver production-ready solutions.

Mansioni

• Define core product and business metrics and build a single source of truth used by Product, Finance, and Sales.
• Build a comprehensive view of self-service customers including usage patterns, health, retention risks, and growth opportunities.
• Translate customer demand and commercial plans into capacity forecasts and allocate capacity.
• Measure capacity utilization and identify opportunities to improve monetization of capacity.
• Develop and evaluate pricing and packaging models including guaranteed capacity and on-demand pricing.
• Provide data-driven recommendations for self-service and managed offerings, including customer segmentation and capacity.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Applied AI, Finance, and Sales to turn insights into concrete product and operational improvements.
