Job summary

• 5+ years of experience in analytics or data science.
• Strong Python, SQL, and statistics.
• Experience analysing large-scale customer, product, and usage datasets.
• Ability to turn questions into production-ready solutions.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across Product, Engineering, Data, Finance, Sales, and Operations.

Responsibilities

• Define core product and business metrics and build a single source of truth.
• Build a comprehensive view of self-service customers, including usage patterns and health.
• Translate demand into capacity forecasts and allocate capacity.
• Measure capacity utilization and identify opportunities to improve value.
• Develop and evaluate pricing and packaging models for capacity and throughput.
• Provide data-driven recommendations for self-service and managed offerings.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Applied AI, Finance, and Sales to implement improvements.
