Job summary

Vanderlande is seeking a Senior Pro-Code Developer to provide technical leadership in designing and evolving custom software products and integrations for Vanderlande and TAL business processes.

The role Leading a 9‑person ProCode team across Veghel, Pune, and Belgrade, you will drive modern cloud-native development, security and scalability while mentoring engineers and shaping architecture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, ICT, or a related field.
• Extensive software development experience in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of C#/.NET, Microsoft Azure, cloud-native development & deployment, secure-by-design principles, and modern front-end development such as React.
• Experience with designing APIs, integrations, microservices, event-driven architectures, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Graph, identity and access concepts, Entra ID integration, and secure authentication patterns is a strong advantage.
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, Terraform, automated testing, release automation, and containerization.

Responsibilities

• Owns technical leadership for high-quality, secure, scalable, and maintainable software solutions.
• Design and develop complex enterprise applications, services, APIs, and integrations.
• Lead technical design discussions and contribute to architectural decision-making.
• Establish and promote software engineering standards, best practices, and development guidelines.
• Ensure solutions meet security, scalability, reliability, and maintainability requirements.
• Guide and mentor developers through coaching, code reviews, and knowledge sharing.
• Drive adoption of DevOps, CI/CD, testing automation, and quality engineering practices.
• Collaborate with architects, infrastructure teams, and cybersecurity specialists to ensure compliant and future-proof solutions.
• Identify and manage technical risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities.
• Support modernization initiatives and continuous platform improvements.
