Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in Leiden, Netherlands seeks a Senior Manufacturing Supervisor – Process Engineering DSP to lead the DSP Process Engineering team and drive robust, compliant downstream processes. You will provide technical support to routine manufacturing, investigate deviations and push continuous improvements.

You will coach engineers, prioritize work, and partner with Manufacturing, MSAT, Quality, Equipment Engineering and Automation to translate data and scientific findings into actionable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant scientific/engineering discipline.
• 9+ years (or 7+) of relevant pharmaceutical manufacturing experience.
• English language proficiency at B2 level or above.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the DSP Process Engineering team.
• Provide technical support to routine manufacturing and investigations.
• Drive structured process improvements and change-controls.
• Perform root-cause analyses for deviations and issues.
• Collaborate with MSAT, Quality and Manufacturing for process verification.
