Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Supervisor – Process Engineering DSP to lead the DSP Process Engineering team and ensure safe, compliant, robust downstream manufacturing processes. You will translate scientific knowledge into practical solutions, collaborating across Manufacturing, Quality, MSAT, Equipment Engineering, Automation and NPI.

The role emphasizes technical ownership, continuous improvement, and leadership of a multidisciplinary team in a complex biologics

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Chemical/Biochemical Engineering or related field with extensive experience.
Experience in pharmaceutical/biotech GMP manufacturing environment.
Ability to lead technical teams and communicate with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop the DSP Process Engineering team with clear priorities and accountability.
Provide technical ownership and process understanding across DSP manufacturing.
Prioritize routine manufacturing support, investigations, and process improvements.
Ensure robust technical investigations and root-cause analysis.
Drive data analytics and digital tools to improve process monitoring and decision-making.
