You will collaborate with global teams, apply advanced ATE techniques (Advantest, Smartest8) and contribute to design-for-testability while balancing performance, cost and time-to-market.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Analog RF/mmW test development experience with ATE systems.
• Experience in PCB design for ATE loadboards and related contacting technology selection.
• Knowledge of analog, RF/mmW measurement techniques and testability design.
• Strong English communication and global collaboration skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop industrial test solutions (hardware and software) for mass production.
• Drive deliverables to timely completion with high quality.
• Define test strategy, test programs and ATE hardware; prepare test setups for qualification.
• Collaborate across functions and geographies; manage risks and priorities.
