Job summary

Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield in the Netherlands is seeking a Portfolio Leasing Manager to lead the leasing strategy and commercial performance for our Dutch assets. You’ll shape the retail mix, strengthen relationships with national and international brands and drive ambitious commercial outcomes across our portfolio.

You’ll head the Netherlands Leasing team, influence senior stakeholders and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver a joined-up portfolio strategy.

Qualifications

• Significant experience within retail property, leasing, asset management or commercial real estate.
• Strong track record of delivering leasing strategies and commercial targets in complex retail environments.
• Led and developed high-performing teams.
• Accomplished negotiator with understanding of commercial drivers behind successful deals.
• Build credibility quickly and influence senior stakeholders.
• Combine strategic thinking with hands-on commercial delivery.
• Understand retail market dynamics, brand positioning and evolving customer trends.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Leading and delivering the leasing strategy across both Netherlands assets.
• Taking ownership of portfolio performance, commercial targets and Business Plan priorities.
• Leading, motivating and developing a team of four.
• Building senior relationships with national and international brands.
• Leading and challenging complex commercial negotiations.
• Identifying emerging brands, sectors and concepts to strengthen our destinations.
• Shaping anchor tenant strategy and long-term brand partnerships.
• Using market insight and performance data to identify risks, opportunities and future growth.
• Bringing internal teams, external agents and senior stakeholders together behind a clear commercial vision.
• Representing the Netherlands leasing function in leadership forums and regional discussions.
