Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Senior PNT Systems Engineer, Partner Solutions in the Netherlands to lead integration of advanced satellite-based PNT technology across European markets. You will guide design from architecture to production, with hands-on leadership in RF, GNSS, embedded systems, and field testing.

You will work with international partners, reviewing schematics and BOMs, developing guides, and coordinating field campaigns to evaluate interference resilience and performance.

Qualifications

• Experience with GNSS receiver design and navigation algorithms.
• 8+ years of experience with digital radio systems (GPS/GNSS receivers, satellite communications, or SDR).
• Experience supporting external engineering teams integrating chipsets, modules, or subsystems.
• Proficiency in English and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead partner integration activities and oversee lab and field validation.
• Guide ASIC integration, RF front ends, clocks, SWaP considerations, and provisioning workflows.
• Review partner schematics, PCBs, and BOMs with design recommendations.
• Develop design guides, reference designs, and interface control documents.
• Lead hardware bring-up and debugging remotely and on-site.
• Define and support acceptance testing and performance verification (TTFF, accuracy, holdover).
• Plan and execute field-test campaigns including GNSS jamming/spoofing/meaconing tests.
• Translate partner issues into product requirements and firmware improvements.
