Job summary

Trinamics seeks a Senior Project Manager in the Netherlands to develop and execute a comprehensive project plan, aligning scope, schedule and budget, while leading a multidisciplinary engineering team.

You will manage FAT/SAT milestones, ensure quality and safety, and collaborate with commissioning engineers to enable smooth transitions from execution to after-sales support. Expect ~25% global travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years as a Project Manager in multidisciplinary electrical engineering projects.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with clients, colleagues and suppliers.
• PMP or IPMA certification; VCA VOL or ISO 45001 safety certification.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Power Systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a project management plan aligning scope, timeline and budget.
• Lead and motivate the project team throughout the lifecycle.
• Manage stakeholder communications during FAT and SAT milestones.
• Oversee all quality control and safety standards.
• Collaborate with commissioning engineers and site supervisors for smooth handovers.
• Pave the path to a program manager role for major clients.
