Job summary

Fluke is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Certification & Analysis Software, based in Eindhoven, NL or Wroclaw, PL. You will own the product strategy, roadmaps, and growth for software that connects Fluke electrical test products with certification, analysis, reporting, and compliance workflows.

You will lead customer discovery, validate market opportunities, build business cases, and incubate new products from concept through launch, while partnering with engineering, UX, and commercial

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management delivering software, SaaS, or digital products from concept through launch and lifecycle management.
• Experience delivering software for hardware solutions from concept through launch and adoption.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders across engineering, UX, commercial, and executive functions.
• Strong analytical and communication skills translating customer and market insights into product decisions.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, roadmaps, and investment priorities for certification and analysis software.
• Lead customer discovery, market validation, business cases, and incubation from concept to launch.
• Manage existing products through growth, modernization, and lifecycle decisions using insights.
• Collaborate with engineering, UX, commercial, and customer-facing teams to deliver secure, scalable software.
• Drive alignment across the BU and accelerate delivery by identifying reusable capabilities.
