Job summary

Fluke is seeking a Project Engineer (GSGT) in Eindhoven, Netherlands, to develop and optimize electrical and automated test methods for global service operations. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/ Electronics engineering or similar.
• 3+ years in test engineering or related field.
• Knowledge of metrology concepts, traceability and calibration.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and refine electrical, functional, and automated test methods for service workflows.
• Evaluate test processes for repeatability, accuracy, and cycle time; implement improvements.
• Collaborate with metrology, manufacturing, quality, and IT to ensure test systems alignment.
• Coach teams on FBS principles and lead kaizen events to reduce cycle time.
• Support global deployment of standardized test processes and site readiness.
