Job summary

Vanderlande Industries B.V. seeks a Senior Software Developer (PLC) to lead the design and development of advanced PLC-based control solutions for distribution systems. You will translate customer needs into robust automation and create detailed technical deliverables for system integration.

The role requires 3+ years with Siemens PLC platforms and expertise in TIA Portal, safety PLC programming, and industrial communication protocols. A bachelor’s or master’s in a related field is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience with Siemens PLC platforms and TIA Portal.
• Experience with Safety PLC programming and industrial communication protocols.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of advanced control solutions for Vanderlande’s distribution systems.
• Translate customer needs into robust, scalable PLC-based automation.
• Create detailed technical deliverables and support system integration.
• Analyze risks and drive continuous improvement of control system functionality.
