Job summary

Fellowmind is building HiveAI, a scalable platform for enterprise AI on Azure and beyond. We seek a Senior Platform Engineer to design and implement platform capabilities, develop reusable services and integrations with Microsoft AI, and drive production-quality software across teams.

You’ll join an international, virtually distributed team with flexible work options, and work alongside architects to evolve the platform with a strong emphasis on quality, automation and best practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software, platform or cloud engineering.
• Experience with Python, TypeScript and C# is common in this role.
• Experience building cloud-native solutions on major cloud platforms.
• Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD and modern engineering practices.
• Proven track record of owning technical decisions and designs.
• Professional proficiency in English; Dutch is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop core HiveAI platform capabilities.
• Build reusable services, APIs, frameworks and accelerators.
• Translate architectural designs into scalable technical solutions.
• Develop integrations with Microsoft AI and cloud technologies.
• Improve platform performance, security, reliability and scalability.
• Implement monitoring, observability and operational tooling.
• Prototype ideas and turn promising ones into production features.
• Help shape engineering standards and code quality practices.
