Job summary

Lutech Resources is partnering with a leading international offshore energy company to recruit a Senior Planning Engineer in the Rotterdam region. You will develop, maintain, and optimize project schedules, provide progress analysis, and forecast planning impacts to ensure on-schedule delivery across offshore projects.

Work closely with engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operations teams; monitor baselines, manage schedule changes, and support risk and recovery actions.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of Oil & Gas planning experience (or 4 years + 1 year shutdown).
Experience developing and managing complex schedules in offshore, energy, EPC, or industrial environments.
Strong knowledge of Primavera P6 (preferred) and other planning tools.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and optimize detailed project schedules.
Collaborate with project managers, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operations teams.
Monitor progress against baselines, identify deviations, and implement recovery actions.
