TicketSwap is seeking a Senior Software Engineer Backend (PHP) in Amsterdam to join our Engineering team. You’ll work on systems powering millions of safe ticket transactions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable features for the world’s leading ticket marketplace.

You’ll own backend services, improve APIs, and help maintain reliability, security, and performance. The role requires PHP, Symfony, React/DevOps familiarity, and a strong focus on code quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer.
• Strong experience with PHP and relational databases like MySQL.
• Experience with Symfony is a strong plus.
• Comfortable working with Git and modern development workflows.
• You care about code quality, testing, and maintainability.
