Job summary

OncoLize is seeking an experienced Pharmaceutical Scientist/Senior Technician to advance our ChemoGell platform toward clinical trials. You will formulate prototypes, develop and validate analytical methods, and support pre-clinical and clinical partners with samples and troubleshooting.

You’ll help optimize processing steps, contribute to SOPs and patent work, and train junior staff. Join a growing startup aiming to bring affordable cancer therapies.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Pharmaceutical science or formulation development with analytical focus.
• Experience with UPLC/HPLC, rheology, lyophilization and sterilization processes.
• Worked under cGLP, QA/QC and/or QBD environments.
• Applied technical or scientific education at MSc/BSc level.

Responsibilities

• Formulate prototypes with characterization and drug release studies in the lab.
• Set up analytical methods and validate these as we develop them.
• Support pre-clinical and clinical partners with samples and troubleshooting.
• Optimize processing steps and document into SOPs.
• Assist with patent applications.
• Train and lead junior staff as we grow.
• Organize the lab layout and keep operations running smoothly.
